Emma is a trusted advisor to executives facing transformation. She has worked with leaders across industries, bringing the same rigor, warmth, and curiosity to each engagement. Early in her career, she worked in Marketing at the Smithsonian and then in Nairobi, Kenya on IDP reintegration programs for young women. After returning to the U.S., she spent several years at a boutique HR consultancy before joining Deloitte, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on post-deal integration efforts worth more than $20 billion. As a certified executive facilitator in Deloitte’s Greenhouse, Emma guided C-suite teams undergoing M&A through high-stakes human capital strategy sessions. In 2019, Emma joined Vanguard to lead People Analytics. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and the Great Resignation, she played a critical role in reducing burnout in her department by 53%, while strengthening culture and retention strategies across the enterprise.

Emma holds an MBA from Villanova University with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (expected December 2025), and a BA in International Economics with a minor in Business Administration from American University. She is a SHRM-SCP certified HR professional (June 2025) and a certified Executive Facilitator through the Deloitte Greenhouse. Emma also earned a Business Analytics Certificate from the Wharton School and is proficient in Python (skilled in libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and networkx) and has hands-on experience implementing LLMs and agentic AI tools within organizational systems.
